1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as « GTC ») apply to all orders placed on the online store website Moulkiya (ci-après « le Site »), géré par Blue Curseur Europe en tant que distributeur, une société immatriculée en Belgique sous le numéro BE0674738631.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as « the Buyer ») unreservedly accepts these GTC. These GTC may be amended at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect at the time of the order.
2. Products
Moulkiya offers board games available for pre-order or direct purchase :
- Pre-ordered products : The indicated delivery date is for informational purposes and may vary (earlier or later).
- In-stock products : Delivery times are displayed next to each product and specified during the order process.
3. Delivery Area
For logistical reasons related to the launch of the online store, Moulkiya delivers only to the following countries :
- Belgium
- France
- Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
- Morocco
Delivery fees are fixed, adjusted based on the destination, and clearly specified during the order process.
4. Prices and Payment
Prix
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in Belgium. Delivery fees are not included in the displayed product prices and are added to the total order amount at checkout.
Paiement
Orders must be paid online using one of the following methods: credit card, Apple Pay, or any other payment option mentioned on the Site. Payments are securely processed.
5. Order and Confirmation
Processus de commande
The Buyer selects their desired products, adds them to the cart, and confirms their order by providing the necessary delivery and payment information.
Confirmation
An order confirmation is sent via email to the address provided by the Buyer. This confirmation includes a summary of the ordered products, the total payable amount, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times.
Livraison
Delivery times vary depending on the products and are indicated as follows :
- As an estimate for pre-orders.
- Specifically for products in stock.
The flat-rate shipping fees include delivery to one of the serviced countries (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Morocco).
In case of delay or impossibility of delivery for reasons beyond our control, Moulkiya commits to informing the Buyer as soon as possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Délai
The Buyer has 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Modalités
To exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a written request via the contact form available on the Site or by email to the provided address.
Retour
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
8. Warranties and Liability
Conformité
All products sold on the Site are covered by legal warranties for conformity and hidden defects.
Limitation de responsabilité
Blue Curseur Europe shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or for consequences arising from improper product use.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements on the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible on the Site. This data is used exclusively for order processing and is not shared with third parties without prior consent.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, only the competent courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
