Scope of Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as \u00ab GTC \u00bb) apply to all orders placed on the online store website <strong>Moulkiya<\/strong> (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab le Site \u00bb), g\u00e9r\u00e9e par Blue Curseur Europe en tant que distributeur, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immatricul\u00e9e en Belgique sous le num\u00e9ro BE0674738631.<\/p>\n<p>By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as \u00ab the Buyer \u00bb) unreservedly accepts these GTC. These GTC may be amended at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect at the time of the order.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Moulkiya offers board games available for pre-order or direct purchase :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pre-ordered products :<\/strong> The indicated delivery date is for informational purposes and may vary (earlier or later).<\/li>\n<li><strong>In-stock products :<\/strong> Delivery times are displayed next to each product and specified during the order process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Delivery Area<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For logistical reasons related to the launch of the online store, Moulkiya delivers only to the following countries :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Belgium<\/li>\n<li>France<\/li>\n<li>Grand Duchy of Luxembourg<\/li>\n<li>Morocco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delivery fees are fixed, adjusted based on the destination, and clearly specified during the order process.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>Prix<\/h4>\n<p>All prices are listed in euros (\u20ac) and include the applicable VAT in Belgium. Delivery fees are not included in the displayed product prices and are added to the total order amount at checkout.<\/p>\n<h4>Paiement<\/h4>\n<p>Orders must be paid online using one of the following methods: credit card, Apple Pay, or any other payment option mentioned on the Site. Payments are securely processed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Order and Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>Processus de commande<\/h4>\n<p>The Buyer selects their desired products, adds them to the cart, and confirms their order by providing the necessary delivery and payment information.<\/p>\n<h4>Confirmation<\/h4>\n<p>An order confirmation is sent via email to the address provided by the Buyer. This confirmation includes a summary of the ordered products, the total payable amount, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Livraison<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Delivery times vary depending on the products and are indicated as follows :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an estimate for pre-orders.<\/li>\n<li>Specifically for products in stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The flat-rate shipping fees include delivery to one of the serviced countries (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Morocco).<\/p>\n<p>In case of delay or impossibility of delivery for reasons beyond our control, Moulkiya commits to informing the Buyer as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>D\u00e9lai<\/h4>\n<p>The Buyer has 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h4>Modalit\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<p>To exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a written request via the contact form available on the Site or by email to the provided address.<\/p>\n<h4>Retour<\/h4>\n<p>Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8.
